Previously, as a nurse, she truly believed that she was helping people, and she now continues to do so in a different yet important way. She strives to bring ease to the process of Real Estate by affiliating with trusted partners. Amanda is a certified new home construction agent and specializes in relocation. As a first-time home buyer, or a savvy investor, Amanda recognizes that everyone is unique and she will give advice and direction based on the needs as they are presented to her, with a promise for honesty and commitment from beginning to end of each relationship. Amanda has chosen to take 2023 to the next level by developing a Real Estate team which encompasses her passion of going ‘Above and Beyond’ for her clients. This commitment and dedication has won her several awards throughout her career, securing her a place within the Top 5 REALTORS® within the company. Most recently, Amanda achieved a professional goal she has been focused on for several years when she became the recipient of the prestigious Everest award. Amanda has also been honoured with multiple Pinnacle Performance for Service awards, awarded for receiving over 95% in customer satisfaction surveys. Another accomplishment was the opportunity to graciously accept the Jacqueline Souliers Team Player award during its inaugural year, an award that was given to agents who demonstrated not only the ability to be an exemplary REALTOR®, but also a true team player in the same fashion as it’s namesake.
Amanda dedicates her time to multiple committees with the Newfoundland and Labrador Real Estate board, which includes being the Hanlon Realty official trainer for new REALTORS®, and fundraising in the community. Amanda is fully supported by and committed to her family, and during her free time is actively sponsoring the juvenile car racing Bandolero division at Eastbound International Speedway in Avondale NL.
